1. Introduction
Welcome to Lucky Split! This Privacy Policy explains how SofritoConRecao ("we," "our," or "us") handles information when you use the Lucky Split mobile application (the "App").
In plain terms: the App does not collect the personal information you enter. Player names, bill amounts, tips, and settings are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to us. The App has no user accounts, and we operate no servers that store your data. The App is ad-supported, and to show ads it uses Google AdMob, a third-party service that collects a device advertising identifier and related information to serve and measure ads. This policy explains what that means and the choices you have.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Information you enter (stays on your device)
The App stores the following data locally on your device only:
- Player names: custom names you enter for players in the game
- Bill amounts and tips: values you enter for splitting calculations
- Game preferences and settings: your selected game mode and configuration
- Recent game history: past results shown on the home screen
This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or stored on any server.
2.2 Information collected by advertising (Google AdMob)
To serve and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK) and Google may collect and share:
- Device or other identifiers — including your device's advertising ID
- Ad-interaction data — such as ad impressions and clicks
- Approximate (coarse) location — inferred from your IP address
- Diagnostics — limited app performance and error information
This information is collected by Google as a third party and shared with Google and its advertising partners for the purposes of advertising and marketing and of fraud prevention, security, and compliance. We do not receive the information you enter, and we do not sell your information.
3. How we use information
The data you enter remains on your device and is used solely to:
- Provide the core functionality of bill splitting and game mechanics
- Remember your preferences and settings
- Display player names and results during gameplay
Advertising information is used by Google to serve and measure the ads shown in the App, as described in Section 2.2.
4. Device permissions
Lucky Split uses the following device permissions:
- Internet: to load and display ads through Google AdMob
- Vibration: to provide haptic feedback during gameplay
Aside from the advertising described in this policy, these permissions are used only for gameplay features and do not collect or transmit the information you enter.
5. Third-party services (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob to display ads. Your use of the App is therefore subject to Google's privacy practices. For details on how Google uses data from apps that use its services, see:

6. Data sharing
We do not share or sell the information you enter. Player names, bill amounts, tips, and settings stay on your device. The only information shared with third parties is the advertising data described in Section 2.2, which Google collects and shares with its advertising partners to serve and measure ads.
When you use the "Share Results" feature, you choose which app to share through (messaging, email, etc.). This sharing is handled by your device's native sharing functionality, not by Lucky Split, and we do not receive what you share.
7. Data security
Information transmitted for advertising is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. The data you enter is stored locally on your device using standard Android/iOS storage mechanisms and is not transmitted by us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and the security of data on your device also depends on your device's own settings (screen lock, encryption, etc.).
8. Your choices and controls
- Reset or limit your advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (wording varies by device) to reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- Consent (EEA, UK, Switzerland). Where required, the App presents a consent request before serving personalized ads, and you can change your choice as your region's rules allow.
- Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data in your device settings, removes all information the App stored on your device.
9. Children's privacy
Lucky Split is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children. It contains simulated card, dice, and wheel games with no real-money gambling, and it is not designed for or targeted at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.
10. Data deletion
You can remove all data the App stored on your device at any time by:
- Uninstalling the App, which removes all locally stored data, or
- Clearing the App's data through your device's settings.
Advertising data collected by Google is retained and managed by Google under its own policies; you can control it using the advertising-ID settings described in Section 8.
11. Your rights
We do not collect or store your personal information on any server, so there is no personal data held by us to access, modify, or delete. The data you enter stays under your control on your device, and advertising data is controlled through your device's advertising settings and Google's tools.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
